Spiced Tea

2 tablespoon tea (any variety) ; 1 stick cinnamon ; 2 cloves ; 2 pint boiling water ; Juice of one lemon ; Juice of one orange ; Slice of lemon or orange.

Mix together the dry ingredients, pour over the boiling water and add lemon and orange juice. Serve with slice of lemon or orange.

Carrot Milk

  • Half a cup of carrot juice
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Lemon or orange juice(optional)
  • Beat together the carrot juice and milk;
  • add the juice of half a lemon or orange for a tangy taste.

Orange And Apple Milk

2 oz (60 g) orange juice ; 2 oz (60 g) apple juice ; Quarter pint of milk ; 1 teaspoon honey ;  1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and to stand for thirty minutes. Put in the refrigerator and serve when chilled.

Fruit Juice Yogurt

1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon of of any frozen fruit juice(unsweetened)
1 teaspoon honey
Mix all ingredients together and serve.

Tomato and Cabbage Juice

1 cup tomato juice
1 cup cabbage juice
3 tablespoons brewers yeast
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. And Serve chilled.

Extra Protein Milk

1 egg yolk
Half a pint of milk
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tea spoon honey
Beat egg yolk into the milk and slowly add the other ingredients; it is more easily done in a blender.

Apple Juice Plus

1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon dried milk
5 walnuts or 1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 teaspoon brewers yeast
1 teaspoon honey
Strawberries or bananas(optinal)
Mix the first three ingredients together in a blender. For extra flavor another fruit can be added strawberries, bananas etc.

Yogurt and tomato

Half a cup of tomato juice
Half a cup of yogurt
1teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Mix every thing together and serve

Super health drink

2 cups yogurt
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons freshly chopped spinach
1 tablespoon frozen tomato juice
1 teaspoon brewers yeast
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon ground almonds
Juice of one lemon
Juice of one orange
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until thoroughly liquidized. Chill before drinking. This drink can also be a substitute for meals for a three day diet regime as it contains protein, vitamins and minerals.
